Ellen Ann Thornton, née Jones (1846-1881)

Ellen, daughter of the lawyer Richard Minshull Jones, married Richard Napoleon Thornton as his second wife in 1867. After his death she re-married Henry Thomas Cresswell in September 1881, but sadly died less than two months later.
