A family group of Attfields and Newells taken around 1896. The elderly lady at left-centre is Rebecca Attfield (née Carter), 1829-1909. The little boy in white is my father Alfred Otten Attfield, born in 1892. His father Alfred Carter Attfield is standing in the back row (centre).
