Lucius Octavius Tate (1821-1902)

This lovely portrait of Lucius Octavius Tate was sent to me by Angela Owen whose kindness is gratefully acknowledged here.
Lucius, who worked in banking, was the son of Monkhouse Tate and Hannah Hunt. His uncle, Thomas Yate Hunt, married Sarah Cooke, whose sister Mary Anne Cooke married William Attfield of Bath in 1821.
